As the original founders of Hospitality Proz, Jim and Cathy spent 20 years building, renovating, and operating the highly acclaimed Inn on Lake Granbury, a premier Texas destination recognized by Select Registry, Southern Living and Texas Meetings and Events Magazine. After achieving significant revenue growth and executing a highly successful property exit in 2023, they launched Hospitality Proz to give independent lodging properties a customized blueprint needed to scale operations, build a lucrative corporate and wedding business, and protect their long-term investment with acquired wealth.

Jim Leitch | Business Development & Tech Partnerships

Drawing from a 20-year corporate sales and strategic partnerships background, Jim focuses on the commercial engine of independent lodging. He works with owners to optimize technology partnerships, revamp digital marketing for revenue growth, and maximize ADR and occupancy to build year-over-year property value.

Cathy Casey | Operations, Finance & Expansion Strategy

With a background in fundraising systems management and a Master's in Education degree, Cathy brings actionable problem solving skills to hospitality operations and ways to maximize staffing performance. She also specializes in the heavy-lifting phases of ownership: financial modeling, complex building renovations, property layout design, and structuring lucrative exit strategies.

She helps properties scale their event revenue, elevate front-of-house service, and refine their aesthetic appeal through interior design and branding.
